The goals of becoming an outstanding HCI developer has been motivating me to participated in industry and academic summit for six times in the past year. Visiting the Director’s office of Tang Consulting (the biggest local service consulting agency) to learn how to empathize users through qualitative research and focus group discussion was another valuable experience for me. Besides, I’ve joined in five research and intern projects in industry and academic fronts. In this progress, I have raised insights of the product development from user-centered research methodologies, application of the interaction design in solving social problems, and collaboration with and working as the developer.
